Due to the agreement, concluded with one of the biggest Turkish Bank Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., CONTACT remittances are available not only by cash payment, but also by entering in the account.

Clearing Center of CONTACT System confirmed the certificate of QMS ISO 9001:2008
RUSSLAVBANK (CJSC) - as a clearing center of the International Money Transfers and Payments CONTACT System - once again successfully passed the verification of Quality Management System (QMS), according to the requirements of International Organization for Standartization (ISO 9001:2008). The certification was carried out by the notable international company "Bureau Veritas Certification Russia".

15 June the formal awarding ceremony, concerning the consumerism sphere, «Consumer rights-2010», took place in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The International Money Transfer and Payments CONTACT System took the category «Retail services», owing to popular election «Consumer’s choice –2010”.

RUSSLAVBANK supported the XIX International Banking Congress (IBC -2010)
XIX International Banking Congress (IBC -2010): «Banks: post-crisis functioning» took place in St. Petersburg 26-29 May. Representatives and delegates from the Government, Bank of Russia, Russian and International banking community, experts from audit, consulting and IT companies took part in the Con-gress. Current situation and development perspectives of banking system, relevant objectives of legal system, issues, concerning the business processes’ modernization and quality increase of banking services – all these themes were discussed during the plenary meeting and functioning of sections.
